An 800sf summer cottage, originally built in 1950, was converted into a year-round retreat without losing its classic coastal character. The project introduced v-groove interior wall finishes, exposed rafters, and a new deck to improve both aesthetics and functionality. New insulation and weatherproofing prepared the home for New England winters while making it feel true to its roots.
